Monday, June 27^th I begin employment as a “Software Engineer” with a Company That Hereafter Shall Remain Nameless — at least until I get a sense for what is and is not appropriate for posting on this website. I’m quite excited, as this represents a career move more in line with my goals and interests; I shall be focusing more on internet software development and engineering and less on the jack-of-all-trades mentality that has been my career of late. I am excited to be working for a big player in the Internet industry.

With all the excitement comes a great deal of nostalgia. I have really enjoyed my current position the last few years at Companion Technologies. I have had a fantastic boss and great co-workers; they are dedicated and professional. Great people. I will miss them.
